1. Instructions for Authors
Manuscripts must be original and not under consideration by any other journal.Formatting: Submissions should be in Microsoft Word format, 12pt Times New Roman, double-spaced.Citations: Authors must follow the APA Style (view guidelines) or IEEE Citation Style consistently.Structure: Papers must include an Abstract (max 250 words), Keywords (4–6), Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.Declarations: Authors must include a “Conflict of Interest” statement and “Funding Acknowledgments” at the end of the manuscript.
2. Peer Review Policy
SIP employs a Double-Blind Peer Review process.Identity of both the author and the reviewer is kept anonymous.Every manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent subject experts.The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.
3. Instructions for Editors & ReviewersEditors:
Responsible for the initial screening and ensuring a fair, unbiased review process.
Reviewers: Expected to provide constructive, honest, and prompt feedback. Reviewers must declare any conflict of interest and treat manuscripts as confidential documents.
4. Open Access & CC BY-NC Policy
SIP is a Gold Open Access journal. All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial (CC BY-NC 4.0) license.
Legal Code: Detailed license terms can be found at Creative Commons CC BY-NC 4.0.Users are free to share and adapt the material for non-commercial purposes, provided appropriate credit is given.
5. Plagiarism Policy
SIP has a zero-tolerance policy toward plagiarism. All submissions are screened using iThenticate / Turnitin. A similarity index above 15%–20% (excluding references) may result in immediate rejection.Self-plagiarism (text recycling) is also strictly monitored.
6. Publication Charges (APC)
To support open-access publishing, SIP charges an Article Processing Charge (APC).Standard Fee: [Insert Amount Here] per accepted manuscript.Waivers: Partial waivers are available for authors from low-income countries.
7. Article Retraction & CorrectionRetraction:
Occurs if findings are found to be unreliable, unethical, or plagiarized after publication.
Correction: Issued for significant errors that do not invalidate the core findings of the paper.
8. COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) Policies
SIP adheres to the COPE Core Practices to ensure the highest standards of publication ethics.Ethics Guidelines: We follow the principles outlined at COPE Core Practices.We are committed to investigating allegations of misconduct and protecting the confidentiality of all parties.

To ensure long-term preservation of digital scholarship,SIP archives all published content with Zenedo and Academia.edu.
Data Availability Statement:
Authors are encouraged to share their research data in public repositories such as Zenodo or Figshare.
Human & Animal Rights:
Research involving humans or animals must include a statement of approval from an Institutional Review Board (IRB) and follow the Declaration of Helsinki.
Appeals Process:
Authors who wish to appeal a rejection must submit a formal letter to the Editorial Office within 30 days of the decision.
9. AI Policy
At Science Innovation Press, we uphold the highest standards of publication ethics by prioritizing authentic, human-authored intellectual contributions. While we acknowledge the role of technology in research optimization, the use of generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT or similar large language models) for text generation, full-scale content creation, or image synthesis is strictly discouraged. AI tools do not meet the criteria for authorship and cannot be listed as a co-author, as they cannot take legal or ethical responsibility for the accuracy and integrity of the work. Authors are fully accountable for the originality of their manuscripts, and any permissible use of AI for basic grammar refinement or data analysis assistance must be transparently disclosed in the acknowledgments or methodology section upon submission.
